MTI was successfully held the statutory meeting according to Myanmar Company Act Section 77(1) on 4 August, 2017 at Room-205, MICT Park, Hlaing Township(Yangon). 80% of shareholders have attended the meeting. The purpose of the meeting is to share the detail formation to the company, introduction of company’s directors to the shareholders, to discuss the progress of the company and future investment opportunities. Statutory report has been registered with the company registration office.
