The 2nd Annual General Meeting was successfully held on 18 July, 2015 at Conference Hall, MICT Park, Hlaing Township (Yangon). During the meeting, Chairman announced to the shareholders that one-third of the directors shall retire and retiring directors shall be eligible for re-election according to AOA section (86) and (88) and then two more directors will be elected in this AGM (from 9 BODs to 11 BODs). Director election was successfully held by secret voting.
